Policies, Warranty and Returns

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Should the need arise; we will do our best to cancel an order for an in-stock product purchase at no charge provided the order is cancelled before said item(s) are shipped. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel all order before they ship. Orders cancelled after a credit card payment has posted (funds captured) will incur a minimum fee of $10.00 (ten dollars). This fee will be subtracted from the returned amount to your credit card account.

Restrictions on orders

We will not ship items to any jurisdiction where that item is illegal or restricted. If there is a doubt, our interpretation will be that it is restricted. No sales to California or New York. If you have a question, please contact us in advance of the sale. Any order placed in violation of the law will be automatically cancelled.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@dharmoryusa.com, with “RMA Request” in the email “subject” line, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Make sure the RMA number is visible on the outer packaging (do not ship a product only in the retail packaging), and mail your return to the following address:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Acceptable reasons for returns are:

  • Wrong Item Shipped
  • Item Not as Described (see Terms of Use for details)
  • Arrived Broken, Defective or Non-functional

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Firearms (see Firearm Returns below) and soft goods (such as gloves, socks, etc.) cannot be returned. We also do not accept for return products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and/or Order Number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: (if applicable)

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or by check, within 10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. There are no exchanges for like or similar products. If you elect to request a “same item” exchange for a damaged or defective product rather than a refund, send us an email at support@dharmoryusa.com and if approved, send your item to: 1391 Valley Reserve Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA, 30152, USA. Wait for authorization before sending.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the original purchaser must submit the request to receive a refund or exchange. See Refunds and Exchanges above.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Transferred Firearms (see Firearm Returns below)
  • Ammunition
  • Soft goods
  • Electronics

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs incurred by us for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FIREARM RETURNS

A firearm, once transferred, cannot be returned. For any reason.

Before ordering a firearm you must know or, if not, check your state requirements. This is easily done with your state attorney general’s office or on the NRA website (https://www.nraila.org/gun-laws/). Some states also maintain a “prohibited” list on top of any capacity and/or type of firearm restrictions.

Firearms, found to be defective after transfer, are not eligible for return/exchange and whatever issues found must be resolved with the manufacturer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all firearm prior to transfer.

Returns on firearms that have been transferred to you are not allowed. Firearms found to be defective or blemished may be returned so long as they have not been transferred and removed from the receiving FFL. Once a new firearm is transferred, it is considered used, even if unfired. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the firearm at their FFL prior to accepting it into their possession. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, however by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).

NFA firearms are considered transferred when the transfer has been approved by the ATF.

CONCLUSION

The customer must inspect and refuse delivery of any shipment if it is determined to contain a damaged product. By accepting a damaged product from the shipper, it is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
